It is with a heavy heart that we adjourn tonight’s meeting in honor of Ethel Forinash.
A longtime Santa Clarita resident, Ethel was a role model for many and a quiet strength for all who knew her.
Ethel lived a long, amazing life. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her late beloved husband of 67 years, Marty.
Prior to her passing, Ethel told loved ones that she was ready to join her husband and family in heaven.
Ethel passed on March 30, almost five months to the day after Marty.
We will remember Ethel’s bright spirit. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time.
A memorial for Ethel will be arranged when her grandson Jeffrey returns from his deployment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ethel’s memory to Shriners Hospital for Children, or any other children’s charity.
