He served on the governing board of the former Newhall County Water District and the Castaic Lake Water Agency.
After his official tenure, he continued to act as a local watchdog for local ratepayers, demonstrating his dedication to truth and transparency.
We honor Ed not only for his professional achievements and community service, but also for his profound impact he made on those who knew him.
His life was a testament to the power of dedication, truth and community spirit.
